At Millpond Family Dental, we have a friendly and experienced dental team ready to take care of all of your dental needs. We provide a comfortable and relaxing environment to help put our patients at ease, and our office accepts most major dental insurance providers and provides convenient in-house plans and payment options. We are passionate about providing the highest-quality dental care possible, and we can’t wait to get to know you!
OUR AMENITIES
There’s no reason why your dental treatments can’t take place in a cozy, home-like environment. Each of our private treatment rooms contains a ceiling-mounted TV, so you are welcome to sit back and put on your favorite show during your treatment. We also have warm blankets and pillows that are available upon request to make your experience that much more comfortable. If there’s anything else we can do to make your visits to our office more pleasant, please just let our team know!
PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
To help make your first appointment with our team as easy and convenient as possible, we allow patients to fill out their new patient forms online before visiting our practice. If you would prefer to fill out your new patient paperwork in our lobby, please plan to arrive an additional 10-15 minutes earlier than you normally would. Please remember to also bring a valid form of I.D. and your insurance card with you if you have dental insurance. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if possible.
